“I have a Dell laptop. I do not see where I can connect the port to my laptop. It does not have a location like my older laptop. Is there a converter I can get to use on new laptop?”

• I have one hooked to a usb_c connector into usb_c port. Working great

• We recommend directly connecting the USB Hub to your computer to function correctly. If your laptop doesn't have a USB Type A port but has a USB Type C, you may want to look at JCH377.
