What kind of a question was “1”? Seriously ? All depends on end device and data rate.

However, if your computer has USB 1.0 or 2.0 ports then transmission are 480 Mbps (2.0) and 12 Mbps (1.1) vs speed of 5 Gbps on a 3.0 port. USB 3.0 is recommended when using this Hub. Both 2.4A and 3A are typical 5V charging modes. It may charge a little more faster then a 2.4A but not by very much.
