To turn on/off sidetone and adjust the sidetone volume, follow these steps: - Open the Jabra Sound+ app. - In the Headset menu, tap the Settings icon on the top right. - Tap Headset Settings, then Call Experience. - In Your voice in a call, adjust the settings according to your personal preferences.

• Yes. You can turn it up and down via the app. It can also be turned off if it becomes distracting.
