They will move around if you shake your head too much.

Not without some duct tape! I can’t move around much in mine or they slide off. I can’t imagine trying to run or jog with them! Otherwise, they are excellent quality

I absolutely love these headphones except for the fact that they don’t stay on well when I am moving around. Maybe it’s just the shape of my head but ... I definitely can’t exercise without them falling off.
