Can you use one or you have to use both null

You can use only one. However, the vol control is only on the left side. I suggest to download the app and you can adjust each side to be more specific. Look at the next higher models like Elite Active or Sport.

Hello Hubcap, Thank you for your question. With the Jabra Elite 65t you are able to use the right earbud independently from the left. The left cannot be used solo. Thank you.

You can use the right one independently. I did this frequently for calls.
