There's a setting on the app make sure you have that turned off. Also make sure the app is synced when listening to music, I had issue where they didn't connect to the app just put the back in the case close it and take them out it let it resync .

The engineer told me flat out during the phone call: There is absolutely no dedicated background noise cancellation other than noise suppression due to physical design of the airbuds. The 4 microphones are for increasing an amplitude of a signal only. This effectively increases S\N ratio; hence the sensation of virtual noise reduction. He recommended that I purchase Jabra 45t instead. I would just love to see my earbuds perform as shown in advertisement videos and yet to see the same performance as the audio track comparing with- and without- wind situations. The statement from your engineer is completely counter intuitive given so many positive reviews raving about the performance. But hey, it's really hard to argue when official statement from Jabra designers is orthonormal to marketing. Are my earbuds way too special?

The buds will select for the best audio stream available from the microphones. Please also feel free to contact our support team so that we can make sure your headset is optimized as well.
