When you just use one earbud do you ever have the problem with the other one not connecting when you go to use both of them.......right now I have the jjam Ultras and they keep doing that null

I only used my right ear bud for about a month and now my left over doesn't work at all no sound comes the light still comes on

Mine always work fine with no such issues. I am pretty sure that these have newer technology. One cool thing about these, is that if you pull one of them out of your ear, it pauses your music, and when you reinstall it, your music starts back right where it was. You can use just one also, but only the right side.

From my experience I haven't had the issue that you have with your Jam Ultras. When I want to take the other out the case to listen to music with both, it connects with no problems.

They're amazing at handling all connection scenarios. Note that only the right ear can be used by itself.

Only the right earbud can be used independently, and it is important to note that, the left earbud, when not connected to the right earbud for 15 minutes or more, will automatically power off and you may need to power it on again manually.
