“My left earbud charge and blink normally: blink red when put into the case, and green when taken out. But it just not working, I guess it just failed to pair with the right earbud. Have tried reset, and everthing tutorial from Jabra and Youtube.”

Once you’re sure it is charged, try holding down on the middle button of that left ear bud until it makes a sound and responds. This worked for me.
