• the one on the right is the main one, if its dead (usually dies first) hen left will turn off, but you can use the right side by its self

• yes but only the right side has function buttons , the left only has volume controls, so you can only listen to music and control volume independently in the left ear. The right ear has multiple functions including dialing capability.

• Hi BeniC - Thanks for your question! The right earbud is the master earbud, it connects to your phone's Bluetooth and can be used independently. The left earbud connects to the right through magnetic induction, not Bluetooth, so for this reason it cannot be used independently.

• If you put the left earbud back in the case you can use the right one solo. You cannot use the left earbud on its own.
