Yes, I just tested them and I was able to play/pause/forward. I do not have the premium service so even with my phone I can't rewind. However with my Pandora and Amazon music, all functions work fine, so I would suspect if you have Spotify Premium, you will be able to rewind as well. The buttons on these earbuds are very easy to activate without worrying about dislodging the bud from your ear.

Although the Spotify app is not officially supported for the Elite Active 65t, you may still be able to use the play/pause/skip track functionalities with the earbud controls (the same as you would with a wired headset that has these control buttons).
