Hello Josh - To reduce ambient noise, the latest generation of Jabra true wireless earbuds offers four-microphone technology—two microphones placed in each earbud—which point toward the user’s mouth and pick up the voice. To give the best possible audio quality on the receiving end of a call, digital signal processing is used to remove background noise, such as wind when the earbuds are used outdoors, and office noise when they are used indoors. True wireless earbuds perform well for music and calls in many different environments. However, the design and wearing style of the earbuds, with the microphones located in the ears rather than next to the mouth, may in some situations present a challenge picking up voice or filtering out background noise, compared with Jabra products that have a different design and wearing style. Other products may offer higher levels of noise reduction on the receiving end of a call because the microphones are placed closer to the mouth, for example in a boom arm or on a cord. Depending on the amount of ambient noise in your location, you may also want to look at our BlueParrott line of products, some of which block out up to 96% of your surrounding sound. Thank you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. These will work excellently for you in that atmosphere.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The call quality is adequate. They have an option called hear through that allows ambient sound through so that you are not totally disconnected from the world. I would say it is alright but could definitely be improved. The call quality sounds good on both sides and should work well in an office setting. I have not experienced any drops yet and no sound cutting out either.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've never had any issue with hearing a call with the Jabra earbuds. If it's really loud, maybe, but if you put in both buds, you can probably hear almost any call. The app has a hear through feature that works to allow or turn off background noise. I've fiddled with it, and it seems to work OK. You may want to try that as well. Overall, I think you'll be fine, particularly if you use both buds.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Very well! I tested them with my wife’s calls to me and she was surprised with how clear I sounded. I did want something which did music better.
