No they are not noise canceling earbuds

Yes they are. They also have a hear through feature but it doesn't work very well when the music volume is up high.

They have Passive Noise Cancelling that works quite well as long as the fit is good.

Hello - The Jabra Elite Active 65t is not noise cancelling. The earbuds feature a 4-microphone technology for wind and ambient noise reduction. The earbuds themselves with the provided eargels also provide a level of noise isolation when worn properly.
