Hi Windstone- At this time, the Left EarBud cannot be used while the Right EarBud charges. There will be a firmware update that will allow this feature to be available to you. Thank you!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No - you cannot. Jabra has previously announced that there would be a firmware upgrade to enable each earbud to be used independently to be released a month ago, but now it seems that they are not capable of adding this feature to these earbuds. They have replied a few times to this question and have stated that "As of June 2020 - we will not be offering this feature" (even though they advertised it would be.) The ability to use each earbud independently was the most important feature of these buds for me. However with that said you can use the right one independently of the left one but obviously it will wear the battery out quicker as you are only using the right bud for the majority of your listening and call needs. In my opinion this is unacceptable - but as always - a big name manufacturer says one thing and delivers something sub-par - Not good Jabra! Maybe they will chime in and tell us when they will actually have a product that does what they claim.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The right one is the only one that can be used by itself or that has the ability to have non autopause enabled on it. If you try to use just the left it doesn't even connect to your phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As of right now only the right ear bud can be used while the left charges. An update either late Q1 or Q2 will allow for either left or right to be used while the other is charging. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Currently only the right earbud can be used independently. Though Jabra has announced the ability to use the left earbud independently is coming in a software/firmware update to be released in Q2 2020.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As of right now only the right bud can be used independently but Jabra announced at CES that they are rolling out an update when the actives are officially released
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No only the right can be used by itself, but Jabra is rumored that a firmware will change this but not sure I would wait for this
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not yet but Jabra is coming out with a update that will make the buds fully customizable to witch ear you want to make the primary bud for single use right now it is the right bud as a single use
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Only the right earbud can be used singularly. Left earbud does not work without the right.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no, just the right one can b used while the left one charges. You cannot use the left one while the right one charges.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
