A:AnswerThe charging case requires a wire to charge the case (for mine it is a USB to a USBc- this is why I went with the Elite Active 75 model as it is the same as my Galaxy phone).
The ear buds wirelessly charge from the battery within the case.
(I have Jabra Elite Active 75) The ear buds last about 7 hours, but can be recharged with the case, when the case is not plugged in. I get about another 2 full charges on the ear buds without having to recharge the case.

A:AnswerI was too as my son did a quick setup for me. He had a pair that worked fine. Mine seemed to have trouble being loud enough to hear over the quiet noises around me. Turned out as I read the instructions he forgot to tell me one. How to turn the sound up or down lol. they do have a service to help with setups and questions. I just didn't call cause I am not always tech savvy and thought my Son (who is tech savvy) had covered it all as he had checked them out several times. I was about to through em away. Glad I did not!

A:AnswerI use Apple products. I’m not sure how the process is performed if using Windows or Android devices. After downloading the app on my iPhone, I simply Airdrop the app to my other devices and set the app up within the device(s) and through Bluetooth.
