You would need to have the case for the hearing aid for it to charge, so you would not be able to purchase just the right one. There are 3rd party sites I have seen that sell spare parts, so you could technically buy a spare case and a spare right hearing aid, but I don't think setup would work as it forces you to go through the left and right one.
