These instruments are iOS only. You need the iPhone (and in particular the APP) to setup the instruments and tailor them to your hearing (at least iPhone 11+, iOS 15.3+ for two-way phone calls). I.e., there is a setup process which takes a few minutes. Furthermore, the APP allows you to make certain settings, like changing volume control and adjusting the listen mode. But an Android phone, or your house phone, cannot be used in conjunction with your instruments. :-(

The Jabra Enhance Plus uses cutting-edge technology which is currently only available on the Apple iPhone platform. The extreme miniaturization techniques used to pack our world-leading, medical-grade technologies into a super compact design require a highly efficient connectivity standard, as opposed to classic Bluetooth. This is currently part of the 3-in-1 functionality available on the newest iPhone models, but not on Android (as of early 2022). We are actively working to bring our innovative solution to the Android platform, so we can offer Android users access to Jabra Enhance Plus.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Jabra Enhance Plus is a new device category somewhere between a traditional hearing aid and standard ear buds. The battery is estimated to last 12 hours without charging, but user reports suggest it's less. It's intended for occasional/situational use not full-time use like a real hearing aid. It uses an Android or iPhone smartphone (Bluetooth connected) to do initial setup for your particular hearing loss and then to control daily settings and volume. If you have an iPhone it can also receive audio from phone calls (full hands-free) or streaming music. It's the streaming part that only works with iPhone. That's a massive problem with this device. Most modern hearing aids can stream from iPhone and Android devices. The fact that this Jabra Enhance Plus cannot is very odd.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You should get about 10 hours on a single charge (then put into case to recharge) with streaming to an iPhone, these CANNOT stream music or phone calls to Android.
