  • QuestionMy husband has a Bi-PAP machine to assist him with his breathing at night (runs off a 110 outlet). Will this battery run this machine and if so for how long? Just trying to decide battery sizes. We rarely lose power- full size generator may be unnecessary

    Asked by Kathy.

    • Answer Dear Customer, thank you for your interest in Jackery products. Thank you for your interest in Jackery products. The Explorer 600 Plus, equipped with a 110V outlet, features a robust 632Wh battery capacity and versatile output power of 800W (continuous) and 1600W (peak). To estimate runtime, we use a simple calculation: multiply the battery capacity by 0.85 and divide by the device’s power consumption. Generally, BiPAP machines draw around 150 watts of power. Based on the specifications of the Explorer 600 Plus, it is estimated that it could power a BiPAP with an average wattage of 150W for approximately 3.6 hours (calculated as 632Wh × 0.85 ÷ 150W). Please note that these are rough estimates, and actual runtime will depend on the specific power consumption of your BiPAP machine and any additional devices connected simultaneously. To prevent system overload, it's essential to ensure that the total power draw from all connected devices does not exceed the capacity of the Explorer 600 Plus. If you have specific power consumption data for your device or need further assistance, our customer service team is here to help. • QuestionWould this be able to power a home dialysis machine for 8 hours? Peritoneal Dialysis machines typically use 100–700 watts while operating, with a higher draw (often around 600W) during start-up to heat the solution and lower, thereafter 565wh-800wh total

    Asked by WorriedMom.

    • Answer Hello, thank you for your inquiry! Regarding the E600 Plus: it has a capacity of 632Wh, a rated power of 800W, and a peak surge of 1600W. Based on the information you provided for the peritoneal dialysis machine (operating 100–700W, around 600W at startup), a rough estimate is: The E600 Plus could theoretically support about 0.8 hour of high startup load (around 600W), or up to 1.3 hours at lower continuous load (around 400–450W). For continuous 8-hour use, the E600 Plus does not have sufficient capacity. ⚠️ Please note that actual runtime may vary depending on temperature, load fluctuations, and other factors. • QuestionHow long would i be able to power 2 jbl partybox 110's that are already fully charged

    Asked by DonaldB.

    • Answer Hello, Thank you for your question! The Jackery Explorer 600 Plus can power two JBL PartyBox 110 speakers, but runtime depends on their actual power draw and volume level. If each speaker averages around 100 W while playing, two units would use about 200 W total. With the Explorer 600 Plus (about 632 Wh capacity), you could expect roughly 2.5–3 hours of runtime on a full charge. Lower volume levels will extend runtime, while higher volume and bass boost will shorten it. For a more precise estimate, please let us know the speakers’ average wattage during use. • QuestionCan this be used on a small heater

    Asked by VirginiaC.

    • Answer Thank you for your question. The Jackery Explorer 600 Plus (E600 Plus) can power a small heater, but there are important limits to keep in mind: ⚡ AC Output: 800 W continuous 1600W Surge peak 🔥 Heater Power: Most small electric space heaters draw 500–1500 W or more ➡️ Because the E600 Plus can only supply up to 800W, it can safely run a heater only if the heater’s power draw is below 800 W. • Small personal or low-wattage heaters (<800 W) may work • Standard 1500 W or larger heaters will not run on this unit 📌 Even with a heater under 800 W, keep in mind: • Heating elements are inductive loads and may draw higher surge at startup • Runtime will be limited — higher wattage = faster battery drain If you need further assistance, feel free to contact Jackery: 📧 [email protected] 📞 +1-888-502-2236 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM PST)

  • Questioncan this power a household refrigerator for a few hours in the event of a power outage?

    Asked by GeeF.

    • Answer This will all depend on the power rating for the refrigerator. Most refrigerators are rated to operate at 100w. Assuming that your frig is similar, it can power your frig for approximately 6hrs. However, there is a startup spike but it should be able to handle that.

  • QuestionDoes this include the solar panels or are they separate purchase - if so which panels do you recommend?

    Asked by Kathy.

    • Answer This does not include solar panels included but I bought the Jackery Solar Saga 200 panels seperately and love them. The panels will even charge the Jackery faster than being plugged into the wall in very good conditions.
