“My wireless jam headphones both seems to be charging, but when I'm about to used them only one turns on ( left hear plug )the right one wont turn on. What might be the cause of this issue?”

• There are 2 bluetooth connections for these headphones. Look under your bluetooth connections and there should be Live True and Live True Mono. Live True Mono is for just one of the buds and Live True is for both. If you don't see Live True, you might have to walk back through setup.
