“My earbuds... Only one is working..what am i doing wrong i have followed You tube clips nt helping.. I have the flashing lights red and blue then blue but still comes out one ear bud Could you shed some light on it pls.. Thanks.”

Have you tried to shutting off your Bluetooth and the ear buds off, and turn them back on. I had to do this a couple of times it works.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Put them back in the case, pull them out double tap the right one when the both flash blue. If the right one isn't flashing hold the button down for 5 seconds to turn it one. That should work. Once they have a solid blue light they should be synced to each other.
