Please try again later.not sure but mine does connect with Bluetooth, try this, once connected to WIFI and the white light is steady press the bluetooth button on the bottom of the speaker and the white light should turn blue and flash, on your devise the speaker should show to be available, select on devise and if it ask for a password enter 0000 and it should connect. good luck!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi I had issue with Alexa working, I emailed support and they were great. Uninstall Jam Wifi app and Alexa app from phone, press reset on Jam. Reinstall apps and then find Jam voice with Jam wifi. You get update for Jam. Each time you restart Jam it takes a few minutes before it announces connected to wifi. After that only thing I found unclear was when you use Alex while using speaker press Jam button on top till music stops then release and ask question. Alex from Jam wifi does not seem as flaky
