Hi Tony, thanks for asking. Soundshift only works between a Bluetooth source and a TV. When Soundshift is on and a Bluetooth source is connected and paired with the soundbar, while you're watching a TV, sound comes out from the Soundbar. When you press play on your phone (Bluetooth source) Sound from TV will stop playing and the Music from the phone will take over the soundbar. Once the pause button is pressed on the phone, then the TV sound will come out of the Soundbar again. Basically, they take turns on using the Soundbar. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m having the same problem. I have the HDMI ARC connected to the TV and I can’t seem to get soundshift to work. It tries and cuts in a couple times but the display jumps right back to the HDMI ARC and so does the sound. Does that twice then it pauses my music on my iPhone and goes back to the TV. Bluetooth works fine if the HDMI ARC isn’t connected to the TV. I’ve tried to find an answer to this issue but I can’t find anything about the issue. Why is this happening?
