“I just got the JBL 5.1 Soundbar Surround! Sounds great, etc… here is my question! The volume of the Soundbar for example will show 19 in volume but in my Vizio Smart TV shows 69 in volume! Is there something I am missing?”

The tv volume level means nothing once you use the sound bar. The tv now puts out a fixed sound level and the tv volume will not change it. The 19 level is where I use my sound bar, but that is the only level that your sound is controlled by, once you install the sound bar.

Use a different source, e.g., a phone or tablet, and connect via Bluetooth for us to check if the volume issue will still be the same. 2. Try using a different HDMI cable. 3. Try connecting the soundbar to a different TV. You can also rest the soundbar. In any source mode, press and hold the volume-, volume+, and SOURCE buttons on the soundbar's top panel until the text display shows reset. When the factory settings restore is complete, the product automatically switches off and restarts. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
