• Replace the HDMI cable with a higher quality one. PCM means pulse code modulation. The JBL soundbar is telling you that information is dropping because the HDMI is faulty or defective. Think "leaky or faulty pipe". The HDMI cable is the pipeline carrying digital information, some of that digital information is getting corrupted and the sound bar is telling you that
