“The remote that came with my JBL 5.1 bar with subwoofer doesn’t work at all. I replaced the batteries that it came with, and still nothing. Is this common? I’ve also had no luck connecting the bar to my home wifi. I’ve gone over the manual, no luck. HELP!”

While I have not had any issues with my remote, try calling JBL their customer service is fantastic!
