“In the Best Buy Show Room, the salesperson showed us how you could adjust the volume so the voices were clearer. We bought it, took it home and installed it and I don't see where you can adjust voices. How do you turn down the bass?”

to JBL support- there isn't a + or - on the remote...only a Bass button. 1 button for the bass.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Our JBL Bar 5.1 has bass controls. You can adjust the bass by pressing the Bass - and Bass + on the remote control. The volume level will be the same both with the bar and subwoofer when adjusted using the volume buttons.
