I am using a fiber optic input cable and don't have this issue. The volume seems pretty loud at 10-12. Actually have to turn it down to 2-6 when my wife is sleeping.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same, I had to go into my TV sound settings and turn up my PCM and other output volumes and it works wonderful

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes I have the same problem, sounds low under 20! I’m also getting a cracking noise sometimes, through the speakers. I tried replacing the HDMI, and even tried optical! And same thing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I have this issue. I'm using HDMI Arc and under volume 20 it's hard to hear, barely any sound under 10. 24+ though and it ramps up quick and rumbles everything.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have this same soundbar and it sounds great, still have the Low, Med, High which I prefer, plays loud, so at ten is the best sound when watching TV and the sub really kicks on the bottom end.
