“Just purchased JBL 5.1 sound bar, in the store it was great. Seems like when the volume is under 19-20 it’s really quiet, volume 22 or more is great. Does anyone else have same problem? Thank you. Also now bar says bass 1,2,3,4,5 instead of Low, Me, high”

I am using a fiber optic input cable and don't have this issue. The volume seems pretty loud at 10-12. Actually have to turn it down to 2-6 when my wife is sleeping.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I have this issue. I'm using HDMI Arc and under volume 20 it's hard to hear, barely any sound under 10. 24+ though and it ramps up quick and rumbles everything.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have this same soundbar and it sounds great, still have the Low, Med, High which I prefer, plays loud, so at ten is the best sound when watching TV and the sub really kicks on the bottom end.
