I would look at a two amp setup, get a mono or dual channel for your subs then a 4 channel amp for your speakers. Make sure the RMS and Peak watt values for the speakers and amps are within range, googling car audio 101 will give you a pretty good list of links for a quick education on it so you're better prepared to shop.
