“Brand new JBL Charge 3, fully charged it, but for the short times it does play the sound goes in & out (very glitchy) them it turns of by itself after only a few minutes. Any troubleshooting suggestions or should it be returned?”

Please try again later.via wht method are you streaming? pandora or apple music... or something similar? if so... chk the strength and stability of your wifi connection. its been my experience tht most bluetooth speakers will a) auto shut down if they cant correct their sound, and b) sound glitchy and scratchy if the wifi is weak.
