Can it be used on a TV null

If your Tv has an Aux out to connect to the Xtreme, it should be able to play. For a better sound experience, we advice getting a soundbar instead as it's designed mainly to be used with TVs.

You should be able to, I would assume your TV is a new enough model that has an audio out AUX jack most likely in the back. You will most likely have to access the menu on your TV and get to the Sound preferences section and select External speaker. What this does is shuts off your TV's internal speakers and activates the AUX jack. It goes without saying, you must purchase an AUX cable with the male connectors on each end to connect your Charge 3 to the TV. You'll probably have to adjust the volume on your Charge 3 instead of thinking your remote will turn up the volume. Most TV's that are up to date may or may not adjust that volume, it may just be a preset sound signal that is sent to your speaker. You just have to experiment with it. Hope this helps! God bless...
