• Did it by chance get exposed to extreme heat? I’ve had mine for almost 8 months and the quality has been the same from day one. So I was curious if maybe something might have happened like heat exposure. Just a thought!

• Make sure its charged all the way and not sitting on its side or anything metal. It will sound crackley and lag.
