• I don’t believe that is possible. Haven’t tried it but the I think the usb port will only charge a device. Even when charging a device, it still uses Bluetooth to play music.

• Our JBL Charge 5 doesn't support USB playback. Its USB port is only for its built-in power bank feature, where you can charge your devices like smartphones.
