“I recently purchased this, and had no problems with it until today. I plugged the unit in to charge, and it has been charging for over 8 hours. When I disconnected the charger, the red charge light is still on and the unit will not turn on. Any help?”

Are you charging it with the stock cable the speaker came with? I’ve found that some micro usb do not charge for example my PS4 micro usb will not charge it so I will use the stock JBL cable with a standard iPhone usb to wall socket
