Turn up the volume on the phone. That's how I make phone calls and music play louder.

Check the volume of the bluetooth or media on your cell phone. Some phones have separate volumes for use with other devices as well as the ones set on your phone. For instance, the volume in your car on that stereo is at one volume but you may have your cell phone volume turned down low.

Please check your Bluetooth settings on your phone and make sure Clip 3 is enabled for calls and media. Please also check the volume both on the speaker and your connected device.
