Questioni have charged the speaker and the red light is staying on but speaker will not work. I'm using the original cable to charge as i always have. Anything i can do or is it not able to be used.

- Answer I believe the owners manual says 30 feet for Bluetooth connection. I’ve left mine paired and walked well away from the truck and when I came back, it automatically reconnected and my music was playing before I opened the trucks door.

QuestionWhat is the maximum heat and cold can with jbl hook hadle. I ruined mine by leaving it in the car with very cold temperatures could tht have ruined it?

- Answer Leaving it out of the cold/heat for a long period of time would totally damage the speaker, we advise keeping the speaker at normal room temperatures at all times to avoid compromising controls.
