• No. When using hpf you don’t need the remote turn on hooked up. I’m not really sure bout your other ? tho

• Our JBL Club A600 is a mono subwoofer amplifier. You can only use either high-level or low-level input. If you're using High-level input, the amplifier has a switch for you to determine and set which input will play audio, if you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support.
