Thanks for your question. To connect our JBL EasySing Mics and your phone to our JBL Boombox 4, hold the Play button on the speaker and plug the microphone dongle into the USB-C port. Wait for the connection tone, and then connect the Boombox 4 to your phone via Bluetooth. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer support directly.
