A:AnswerYo! These JBLs are legit. So fast forward is only possible with use of both earpieces. Obviously Using left earpiece to fast forward. Right earpiece has different functions. To raise volume slight drag upwards on surface qith your finger on right ear piece to increase volume. Slight down to drop a notch in sound. If you cant get it to work either you are not fingering the earpiece properly or said earpiece is defective and you need to return. But said right earpiece pauses and resumes sound so if it does that then at least its doing some of its job by starting and stopping the song. Love the fact that with proper adjustment it doesnt fall out of my ears. Good jamming! Long live sound!!
A:AnswerThe Auto-turn off/stand-by mode of our JBL Endurance Peak II can't be disabled. Playing music through it continuously can avoid it going on stand-by.
A:AnswerI'm going to guess by being water "resistant" they don't guarantee submerged at all. They are designed to be sweated on and sprayed on. Probably OK for white water rafting unless you get dunked. Also guessing if they fall into a tub, you want to remove them immediately. I could be wrong but if they're not waterproof that is usually what that means. Hopefully someone else can offer more insight.
A:AnswerThanks for your interest in our product. Endurance Peak is a waterproof and sweatproof material. But cannot be submerged in the water, unlike the Endurance Dive.
A:AnswerUnfortunately, Bluetooth doesn't pass through water. You could check out our JBL Endurance Dive that has a built in MP3 player so you can use it for swimming.
