I’ve factory reset my earbuds and the left side still didn’t come back on. I don’t have an option in my Bluetooth setting to turn on and off uses and now I don’t know what to do. Both sides were working just fine until all of a sudden the left side stopped. I don’t know what to do now because these are my favorite headphones and my most expensive ones too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I tried resetting them and the left headphone is still very soft compared to the right one. This is happening after only owning them for less then a month
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this issue for a time. I tried the factory reset (both buds in case, tap + tap (hold) for 18 seconds) as suggested on a lot of forums, but it didn't work. Then I tried to find the solution in the Bluetooth settings on the phone. There were two options to use the buds for calls or media. I unchecked and checked both and then I could listen to music with both plugs again.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You must factory reset them, tap them once then tap and hold for about 15 second then they will flash a couple of times, then you must repair them to your device

Here are the steps: While the pods are being charged, tap the touchpad on the right pod once, then tap again and hold for approx 18 seconds, or until the LED blinks. If it doesn't work, please file a case email using this link: https://www.jbl.com/support-contact.html
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unpaired and reboot right then left worked for me
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I tried going into phone settings to check and uncheck the headset and headphone options (microphone and audio), but the options were not there. Then I disconnected from my phone and tried doing it all on the computer, in which the advanced options were more extensive. I didn't actually go to Bluetooth as you'd think, I went to the "Devices and Printers" option, and clicked on the "JBL Endurance Peak" option, in which 4 sections popped up in a little box: "General, Hardware, Services, Bluetooth". Go to Services and uncheck all the boxes, and then recheck them. Disconnect from comp, and reconnect to phone. That brought both earbuds back to normal volume, after 1 year and countless efforts of being unintuitive with tech and then not using these things. Just buckled down and figured it out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My Sharp HP-TW30 quit syncing the two earphones. Only left or right sync with my cell. I tried to factory reset many many times. Not work. However my Samsung S8 has an option in 'advanced', turn on dual audio mode. Then it syncs with both earphones. Now it works with my Iphone 6S and any other devices. Thank you one of the answers in the forum
