When that happens to me i turn them off and on again. Or put them in their storage box and they'll pair themselves. Also I've noticed that if I have them paired to two electronic devices I have to turn off bluetooth on one in order for sound to go through. Hope it helps.

Turn the headphones on, tap the JBL logo twice on the right earbud and hold it for 5 seconds. It should pop up on your discoverable devices within a few seconds, select it and you should be connected.
