• I don't believe these would be very good for running. They are somewhat snug, but would easily move in a jog.

• Probably not. They are not tight, which is why I love them. Not sure how well the materials would hold up with sweat too

• Unfortunately, the JBL Everest Elite 750NC headphones is not designed for working out or running. You can use them for that purpose, but it may not be me smug enough since the head band of the headphones has a smooth finish.
