There is an easy to find button on the right side. By default this button adjusts the ambient awareness levels, but by using the JBL android/iOS app, you can change that to be the noise cancellation enable/disable button. You can configure the headphones to power off automatically to save power, in the app.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've never had any problems with the noise cancelling ever turning off on my pair. If it's not something you can fix in the settings or your headphones aren't dead, you may want to get a refund on your product. It could be damaged.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i had to dowload the app on my phone, connect the headset thru my phone then adjust the noise cancelling features. It works good for me. There is a lot of information on the JBL website as well.
