• Yes. You need Bluetooth capability or hard wire it via headphones jack.

• If your TV or Blu Ray Player has a GUI(Graphical User Interface) that allows it to choose a device that you would want the them to pair with, then the FLIP 3 would work with your devices. However, if the TV or Blu Ray Player does not have that said GUI, then there is no way for you to choose the FLIP 3 and pair with it with your TV. Then the only way to connect the speaker is via 3.5mm AUX cable.
