I have no problem connecting to my iPhone 17. Under Bluetooth it shows up as JBL Flip 7.

Regarding your JBL Flip 4, we recommend pressing the Bluetooth button to activate pairing mode. You can connect it to another device or reset it by pressing and holding the volume + and play buttons until the speaker shuts off.
