“My JBL link cant connect to google home. i go through the setup stage in the google home app but when I asks for commands, its still initially the same response I get everytime that I need to download the google home app and install. Help!”

Make sure you download the google app and enter your WiFi password when prompted. I just set mine up today. You will be asked during voice commands to say “hey google” or something like that several times.
