Thank you for your question. Our JBL Live 460NC has an Adaptive Noise Cancelling feature. Noise from landscape equipment is often variable and at higher frequencies, which can be challenging for many ANC systems that are optimized for lower frequencies. It will not completely block out the sounds of a hedge trimmer but it should significantly lessen the noise.
