“My speaker went into demo mode and I can’t change it back to Bluetooth”

• Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To exit demo mode on your JBL PartyBox 710, press and hold the Play and Boost buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. Please note that in Demo mode, your speaker cannot be used normally, as most features and buttons are disabled. If the issue persists, we’d be happy to assist you directly.
