Simply connect the JBL Quantum 100 to your Nintendo Switch via the 3.5mm audio cable. You should be able to use the headphones as soon as it is plugged in the wireless controller of your Nintendo Switch. If the issue persists, contact JBL Customer Service for technical support and assistance.
