• I lift weights and do some jogging with mine and have never had a problem with them coming out. My wife has the same headphones and uses them for running with no issues. They come with 2 sizes of earbuds.

• Yes, they fit very tight but you have to try them for yourself. I don't like the way they sound. To get best sound I had to push them in and hold them at specific angle. I'm returning them. I hope they work for you.
