They didn't for me. Just walking around they fell out of my ears all the time. Though I tend to need smaller ear buds on average to fit well so if you have larger ears then your mileage may vary.

Although, the durability of some sort isn't the best. My left earpiece randomly stopped working one day and I've had them for a few weeks. The left earpiece only works when charging, but once I pull it out the led won't appear no matter what I do. Overall I wouldn't worry about work out though. They seem great. It also depends on how you are built. You're not built symmetrically so my left ear hole is smaller than my right, but it didn't seem to pose an issue. If they tend to have a malfunction I would try to refund or get a working pair if possible.
