Are these good for working out null

It is also designed with Twistlock technology that reduces pressure discomfort, perfect for work outs and daily use.

The performance is a bit of a mixed experience. For most exercises, the headphones work very well and provide a smooth listening experience. However, during workouts that involve lifting your arms, the design can become inconvenient. The arm frequently bumps into the earpiece where the touch controls are located, which often interrupts the music and disrupts the flow of the workout.

Airpods or earbuds are better suited for working out. Over or on-the-ear headphones are uncomfortable and would get all sweaty. Not to mention that they could get in the way depending on what kind of exercise your talking about. But for sitting at home listening to music or watching a movie these are great.
